1. Provider and scope
This website is provided by Mohamed Elsayed, trading as GSM. These draft terms apply to the public GSM marketing website and are intended primarily for business users, hotels, hotel groups, partners, and professional enquiries.
These terms are not the GSM SaaS customer agreement. Separate signed agreements govern GSM products and paid services.
2. Informational nature
Website content provides general company and product information. It is not individual operational, legal, security, procurement, or compliance advice. Availability, configuration, integrations, and rollout depend on a separate agreement and project scope. Fictional property and sample data are demonstrations only.
3. No contract through browsing or enquiry
Browsing this website, emailing or contacting GSM, or requesting a demo does not create a paid-service contract. GSM may accept or decline an enquiry or demo request. Commercial commitments require a separate written agreement or explicit order confirmation.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the website to:
- carry out unlawful or deceptive activity, impersonation, or infringement of third-party rights;
- send spam, malware, or abusive automated submissions;
- attempt to bypass Turnstile, request guards, or other reasonable security controls;
- probe security without written authorization or interfere with website availability.
This section does not prevent legitimate security reporting or lawful access to public information. Security concerns may be reported to info@gsm-global.com.
5. Intellectual property
Website text, design, branding, graphics, and product representations are owned by GSM or used with permission unless stated otherwise. Ordinary viewing and linking are allowed. Copying, republishing, commercial exploitation, or misleading use requires permission or an applicable legal exception. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Product statements and demo material
Features may be available, configured per project, foundation, or planned. Demo and sample hotel data are fictional. The website makes no customer-result guarantee and implies no security certification or universal integration. Final product scope is defined in customer documentation.
7. External links
External websites are controlled by their operators. GSM does not automatically adopt external content, and links are provided for convenience where used. Mandatory liability remains unaffected.
8. Availability and changes
GSM may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue website content. Uninterrupted website availability is not promised. This does not limit obligations accepted in a separate customer agreement.
9. Liability
Draft for German legal review. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion is prohibited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, fraudulently concealed defects, guarantees expressly given, or mandatory statutory liability.
For simple negligence, liability is intended to be limited to breach of obligations whose fulfilment is essential to proper use of the website and on whose fulfilment users may regularly rely. In that case, liability should be limited to foreseeable loss typical for the relevant obligation, subject to counsel confirming the wording and all mandatory law.
10. Privacy
Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and the website’s current technical configuration.
11. Governing framework

12. Changes and severability
